State boilers allowed self-certification and 3rd party inspection

Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has permitted self-certification and third-party inspection and certification of boilers with state governments in step to boost ease-of-doing business in India which can expectedly give a push to power plants, chemical plants, refineries, paper plants, steel mills et cetera.
