US attempts to shift entire blame on India for trade deal impasse

A US official said that it was the Indian government that failed to provide equitable and reasonable access to its markets in numerous sectors. The official claimed that USA did not expect the concessions provided under the GSP regime to some of the Indian imports reinstated unless there was reciprocal action by India.
