Unemployment rate dips to 23.97%, data from CMIE shows

According to the Centre for Monitoring of Indian Economy (CMIE), India's job loss rate tapered to 23.97% in the week ended May 10 from 27.11%, the highest since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, in the week ended May 3.
