Aspirational districts programme shifts the focus back on development

The ADP has made huge strides towards achieving the targets in the health and education sectors. In these two sectors, the districts have performed the best and are closest to their respective targets. The health sector comprises of 13 indicators and 10% of the districts were successful in achieving their targets.
