Nine states unlock additional borrowing limit of Rs 23,523 crore via implementation of PDS reforms

As part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat package announced in May, the Centre had allowed the states to borrow an additional 2% of gross state domestic product (GSDP) to meet pandemic-related expenses.
